PRE-ORDERS

If you are placing an order marked "PRE-ORDER", please not that pre-orders can ship on or before the actual ship date.

The standard shipping is Priority Mail via USPS, 2-4 days delivery (including Saturdays) from the date that it is shipped out, not from the date that the order is placed. The shipping fee added to your order includes the weight of the product, tracking number confirmation, insurance, shipping and handling. Every package will have a tracking number. Once the payment is accepted you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. Once your item(s) is shipped, you will be notified by e-mail with your tracking number.

A lot of times your order may ship after 2-5 business days upon ordering; however, depending on the volume of orders, please allow 7-14 business days (except for pre-orders) to process your order.

DarthistArdthy.com is NOT, under any circumstance, responsible for packages lost/damaged/stolen in transit, incorrectly supplied addresses, unclaimed/refused packages, or lost/stolen packages marked "Delivered" by USPS. If your package falls under any of these categories, please contact USPS directly to file a claim at 800-275-8777 as all packages are insured.

PLEASE NOTE: Packages that are returned to Darthist Ardthy due to an incomplete or incorrectly supplied address, customers will be responsible for any new shipping costs associated with resending the package.
